The Ram of Ryn and Ram - Meet Ramish!

Hello and Salaam! I'm Ramish (or Ram)!

I was born in Pakistan, but before my first birthday, my family moved to Quebec, Canada, where I spent the first 12 years of my life immersed in French Canadian culture. Growing up in Canada, I enjoyed many of the classic experiences—playing hockey (Go Habs!), sledding down local hills, snowball fights, and, of course, no schooldays off due to snow.

For the past 12 years, I’ve called Prince William County home, where I also coach tennis. These experiences, combined with exposure to diverse cultures and traditions, have broadened my perspective and deepened my love for nature, food, remedies and the people who nurture it.

Currently, I’m pursuing an education in computer science, but my hobbies remain a central part of who I am. Whether it’s gardening, playing guitar, tennis, camping, or coding, I’m always looking for ways to connect with both nature and the world around me.

My passion for sustainability and the environment began my journey into natural products, particularly soap making. It started with a simple conversation about how wonderful it would be if eco-friendly, handmade products were more accessible with Ryn. After dealing with dry skin myself, I decided to take action by creating products that not only fulfill a real need but are also guilt-free and handcrafted with care by artisans.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the support and mentorship of wonderful people along the way. It’s been a privilege to have Ryn join me in this mission of bringing more sustainable, natural products to life. Together, we focus on repurposing waste materials, collaborating with local businesses, and listening to feedback from our community, which makes this journey even more meaningful.

What began as a small, personal project has now grown into a business grounded in my core values of sustainability and environmental responsibility. We’re always looking for new ways to create products that not only care for your skin but also leave a positive footprint on the planet. I could never have anticipated how far this dream would go, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has offered advice, support, or simply purchased our products. This growth due to incredible community we’re part of, and people like you, so thank you. I’m excited for what the future holds as we continue expanding our offerings and giving back to the organizations and causes that matter to us. Although this journey began unexpectedly, I’m fully committed to seeing it through.
